On March 25, Bishop Peter Byrne, Episcopal Vicar of Staten Island, celebrated a special Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe at St. Bernard, Manhattan, in collaboration with Pregnancy Help Inc.
First pastoral visit brought the archbishop to the East Harlem school and the Franciscan Sisters.
