“Hoy celebramos nuestra parroquia y la realidad de que somos hijos e hijas de Nuestra Señora de Mercedes”, dijo el obispo.

“Today we celebrate our parish and the reality that we are sons and daughters of Our Lady of Mercy,” the bishop said.

"Jesus said a city built on a hilltop cannot be hidden... Sacred Heart Parish and Sacred Heart Schools are built on a hilltop, and Jesus would be happy because we can't hide," Cardinal Dolan said.
