On July 30 in the heart of Manhattan, the faithful gathered at St. John the Baptist Parish to honor a humble and holy man – Blessed Solanus Casey.

Being called a “Blessed” means that on the road to sainthood, that person only has one more stop – the need for one more approved miracle. And judging by Blessed Solanus Casey’s fame for answering prayers, that might not take very much longer.

Small habits turn everyday moments into prayer this summer.
