During his tenure, he has guided the program to five CHSAA “AA” City and State Championships, including a historic run of four consecutive titles.
His impact extends far beyond championships. Under his leadership:

Beyond the wins and accolades, Massaroni has consistently emphasized the development of the whole student-athlete, helping young men achieve success in the classroom, in competition, and in life.
“I am honored to take on this new role and continue serving our school community,” said Massaroni. “Stepinac Athletics provides incredible opportunities for growth, leadership, and character development for these young men. I look forward to collaborating with our coaches, student-athletes, and school leadership to build upon our tradition of excellence and create even greater opportunities for our students.”
