The international week of Christian Unity begins on January 18 and ends on January 25.

Worldwide, Christians from various denominations will gather to pray and work towards fulfilling Christ’s prayer, “that all may be one” (Jn 17:21).

In our interview with Fr. Ryan Muldoon, S.T.L., Director of the Archdiocese’s Office of Ecumenical and Interreligious Affairs, he says this global event started right here in New York!

In a letter to pastors, principals, and school leaders, Sister Mary Grace Walsh, ASCJ, Ph.D., Superintendent of Schools, emphasized the continuing nature of the work.
