If we come from tough upbringings or difficult childhoods, we can go through life blaming others or we can do our best to make sure others don’t have the same adversities.
Saint John Bosco chose the second option. We celebrate his feast day today. He emphasized the spiritual life of those he helped and is renowned as an educator. He shows us how we can turn our own scars into stars.
