Marian Days Bring Together Hundreds of Vietnamese Catholics at Our Lady of La Vang Shrine in Middletown

This past weekend, hundreds of pilgrims gathered to celebrate the 8th annual Marian Days at the Shrine of Our Lady of La Vang, who is venerated by millions of Vietnamese Catholics all over the world.

The two-day gathering featured daily Masses, Confession, Adoration, solemn processions, and talks about Mary and the Eucharist.

The group is named for two patrons with causes for canonization underway: Staten Island's Dorothy Day, co-founder of the Catholic Worker Movement, and Sister Thea Bowman.
