Office of Family Life Organizes Wine and Cheese Mixer for National Marriage Week

The night was focused on newer married couples taking a deeper look at how the meaning of the sacrament of Matrimony can contribute in daily life.

The event was held in the warm and inviting priory at St. Vincent Ferrer Church on the Upper East Side.

"If Our Savior can be born in a stinky, messy place like that, He can certainly be reborn within us," the cardinal said in his homily.

Three cardinals mark the conclusion of local Jubilee celebrations at Rome's major basilicas.

Although the world outside might be done with Christmas, we continue our celebration with today’s Gospel.
